We are continuing to build a team of people who enjoy food and cooking and would like to be paid for doing what they love!

 

We think that the best meals are made with careful thought for the process and pride in the product. Our menu is made with fine dining quality, standards and ingredients but without the snootiness- we enjoy making and serving great food that just happens to be burgers.

We grind grass fed beef in house, make buns daily, ketchup, mustard, ice cream, veggie patties and much, much more- everything on our menu except cheese and bottled drinks is made by us.

Kitchen:
BoH consists of line cooking and a great deal of preparation from scratch. Cooks need to know and understand sauces, yeast breads, and safe food handling. Knife skills, time management and consistency are necessary for the job. A current WA State food handler’s card is required. We are willing to train an enthusiastic candidate.

Front-of-House:
FoH employees are responsible for customer service, salads, desserts and light prep. A cheerful disposition and time/stress management will be essential for the role. A WA food handlers card is required, as well as a MAST permit.

Hours/shifts will depend upon your availability. Morning prep starts at 7am, closing is most often done by 9:30pm on the weekends.

Compensation will start at $10 an hour during training – fair pay and a respectful work environment is a priority for us and raises are to be expected.
